Villa Areka     Český Krumlov

Welcome to our Guesthouse, that is just 3 minutes to walk from the historical center of Český Krumlov. Our guesthouse is a renaissance building. It was completely remodeled in 2019. Our goal was to make it as comfortable as we could make it. Our guests praise our beds, which have been made by a local artisan carpenter, with tall, comfortable mattresses.

Rooms with the view of the city offer a charming and unforgettable view of the castle and the chateau, chateau tower, the Cloak Bridge or even the church of Saint. Vitus with a view of the Klet’ Mountain.

Our guesthouse offers 8 double rooms, 5 three-bed rooms and 3 studio rooms (for 2 to 4 people).

There is a plethora of stylish restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, all within a few minutes' walk.

The whole guesthouse is non-smoking, smoking is possible in a secluded place of our car park.

HOTEL AMENITIES

All rooms have a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Rooms are furnished with satellite TV, table and seating, minibar. The bathrooms have standard amenities for your comfortable stay. There is a coffee and tea making set in the rooms. A microwave is also included.

Studio rooms have a furnished kitchenette with an induction hob, fridge and dishwasher.

The rooms have their own thermostat for the thermal comfort of our guests.

BREAKFAST 8:00-10:00

Our continental breakfast is included in price and offers a self-served buffet, where there is something for everyone. The menu includes hot and cold dishes, pastries, even gluten-free, vegetables, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, tea. For studio rooms with kitchen, breakfast is available for an extra charge (9€/breakfast, children 6€). By prior arrangement, we can prepare breakfast for guests with any food allergies and intolerances.

PARKING

The guesthouse has its own parking lot. There is a no-parking zone around our guesthouse. In case of interest, we can offer guests a parking space directly at the guesthouse (9€/night), due to the limited number of spaces, reservation is required. For our guests we also have our own parking lot about 700 meters from the guesthouse at Za Tavírnou 260, there is also a garage suitable for storing bikes and boats. The guesthouse does not have space to store bicycles. Due to the private parking, the guesthouse is particularly popular with motorcyclists.

WIFI

The guesthouse is covered by a high quality wifi signal, which is free for our guests.

FOR CHILDREN

Cribs with mattress and bedding and highchairs are available for families with children. One studio room is prepared for our little guests, it includes a play area with toys.

ROOM CLEANING

Regular room service can be arranged for longer stays.

CHECK-IN

The reception is normally open from 16:00 to 19:00, but if you wish, you can check in completely independently at any time. You will receive a number code in your email before your arrival.
